Tired of the Sentinel Trashing UCF?
UCF fans are sick and tired of how the hometown paper treats the home team and we want our feelings heard. Members of the UCFSports.com Dungeon message board are pulling their money together to rent an airplane banner to fly over UCF just before the USF game from 6pm - 7pm next 
Saturday night. The message, while still subject to some change currently will read:
WE TRUST UCF NOT THE SENTINEL
If you are intersted in donating, you can click the donate button below. It is setup to go to a paypal account for Donald L (ucfdoc) who has organized this effort with a local company. Neither Donald nor myself get any of your payment info, that is all through paypal. As of Friday night $230 has been donated, however the final bill comes in at $500.
Also if you have any better suggestions for what the banner should say, please do share! It has to be 30 characters or less…
The phrase, “WE TRUST UCF NOT THE SENTINEL,” makes us sound like a bunch of jingoistic Kool-Aid drinkers. Let’s just get to the point and say something like:
“SENTINEL SUCKS. KNIGHTS RULE!”
But anyway, here’s $10 for the cause.

You do know that the Sentinel has been removed from the campus and is no longer given to students for free.
Apparently, the OS tried to raise the price on the SGA, and the SGA said “take a hike”.
All OS paper stands have been removed from campus.

Yeah, this really worked. Way to go idiots.
No need for the name calling. The plane was set, but due to technical difficulties they were not able to fly. We are rescheduling this for the SMU game and they company is giving us an extra hour to fly the banner during a weekday.
