Yes it is that yearly site refresh that I always do before football season. Although this time it wasn’t for fun, it was more out of necessity. I wanted to switch from Joomla CMS to WordPress blogging software as it will make it so much easier for me to keep this site updated throughout the year.

The biggest change besides the look is I put the useful links right on the homepage along with RSS feeds to great UCF news sites like Biggie’s KnightNation, Kyle Hightower’s Orlando Sentinel Knight blog, and the official UCF Athletics site. This was about me as much as anyone else as I can now go to one spot and keep tabs on all the best spots for UCF stories. Hopefully it proves useful to others as well.
