UCF now receiving Top 25 Votes

Not in any old polls like Bob Smith’s Top 25, but THE polls. UCF received 4 votes in the AP Top 25 poll and 5 votes in the USA Today / Coaches Poll. Nothing to go crazy and start setting sofas on fire, but it’s a good start and should show the team that if we just keep on winning then great things can happen for the team this season.
All the more reason for a sellout on Saturday Knight for the only “kNight” game all year.
We crushed Akron in 2001. In 2000 they beat us at Akron. I think we joined the MAC in 2002. Prior to that we were just MAC alligned, correct?
Actually you are correct, it was before we joined the MAC. Good catch…I didn’t look it up before posting.
