Well it was a tough loss. Lots of plays have been replayed in my mind almost constantly since the loss last Saturday. I thought this was finally going to be it, but I suppose it wasn’t meant to be losing by inches in overtime 31-24. However I have a VERY positive outlook for this team the rest of the year starting with our next game @ Boston College in two weeks. Very glad that I’m making the trip up to Boston for this as I’m confident we’ll be bringing back a victory. I believe in this team! Now back to the USF gameday for pictures, videos, and thoughts…

We arrived at 7:06am which was a good 12 hours before kickoff. Not something I can do continually (especially in Sept heat) but this wasn’t just any old game, this was USF. Memory Mall was just insane most of the day, wall to wall jammed with people. Live bands playing, flag wars, lots of USF ribbing (most of it in fun, some a bit out of control on both sides), and good times had by all Knight fans.

Sad to see this series end as I don’t think anyone can argue the hatred that both teams and fans have for each other. It just makes everything that much more fun, it’s part of what makes college football so different from the NFL. PASSION BABY. But George keeps talking about geography changes so who knows maybe we’ll be playing them sooner then everyone thinks anyway.
