It’s GAMEDAY: UCF vs Nevada in NEW ARENA

BE THERE! Let’s fill up the NEW Dungeon today at 2pm!

What a day for UCF!

First Marshall beats ECU (huge upset) which put UCF in the drivers seat for the C-USA East division.

Then UCF beats UAB to stay in that driver’s seat. The game was A LOT closer than many UCF fans would have expected, however the important thing is that we came out with a win. And how about Kevin Smith, you just can’t say enough good things about this guy. He carried us today, ..big time.

320

That’s how many yards he got in this game alone, a 7.8 avg per carry. Not to mention 4 more TDs to help ensure he remains the leader in TDs this year.

Now we’ve got to regroup and come back with a better effort next week in Dallas against SMU before coming home to what better be a SELLOUT at Bright House Stadium.

ESPN Feature Article on Kevin Smith

There’s a great article that just came out on ESPN.com about our very own Kevin Smith and Tulane’s Matt Forte, the top two rushers in the country. It again helps to illustrate what a great representative Kevin Smith is for our University. And of course the best part is this line from Kevin:

“Whatever O’Leary says I should go with, that’s probably what I’ll do. We’ll sit down together and talk about it, but for now, I plan on coming back my senior year.”

Winding down…
This is typically the part of the season where reality kicks in (at least for me). It is always November when I realize that the College Football season is wrapping up. Such is the case this season, it is November and it just hit me that UCF only has three games remaining. To be completely honest, I think we may be witnessing one of the greatest seasons UCF has ever put together. I guess we will see at the end of the season.

Pics, Videos, and Thoughts from Homecoming

How great is it to be on campus for homecoming?! We had a great day ourselves, starting with a 6am wake up call and ending at 1am after some beers at Jax. Below you’ll find pics and videos of what occurred in between including an incredible tailgate scene, the parade, the first exhibition basketball game in the new arena, a new statue, and of course the football game at a sold out Bright House Stadium.
